Responsibilities
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand needs of the business.
- Pre-screen resumes of applicants.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, CareerBuilder and Monster.
- Conduct an initial phone screen and refers qualified and interested candidates to hiring managers.
- Extend job offers to candidates that the company is interested in.
