We are looking for someone passionate about building effective engineering organizations and people management. This is an executive role reporting to the CTO who has over 16 years of software engineering experience at companies like Dropbox and Airtable. 

In this role, you will:

• Define the strategy to prepare the team and infrastructure for scale

• Identify and implement engineering processes to ensure robust and maintainable software as the team and codebase grow.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize the product roadmap and build the right thing for customers at the right time

• Recruit and develop engineers on the team, helping people do their best work

• Contribute at the company level and make a business impact

For employees based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we follow a hybrid model. Where we come into the office 3 days a week to collaborate in person. For employees located outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, you will work remotely full-time
