Universal Engineering Sciences is seeking a motivated individual with experience in any of the following categories:
- Architectural Design (not required to be a licensed architect)
- Design Review
- Building Plans Examiner
- Building Inspection
- Business Development and Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the growth and development of the Building Sciences Department in Las Vegas, NV.
- Management, client development, and relationship building with new and existing clientele.
- Support for inspections and reviews for the Building Sciences Department.
- Supporting other departments within the Western Region.
- Accounts receivable, managing and training Project managers, and working with Branch Manager on goals and initiatives for the department.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience performing design or design review, project management, plan review, and site inspections.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture Design or Construction Management.
- Licensed ICC Plans Examiner.
- Licensed ICC Inspector in Multiple Disciplines.
