Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, Onboarding, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of creating and implementing effective processes and managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on customer service and active engagement.
  • Creatively uses available resources, tools and technology to achieve high-quality results.
  • Proactive and analytical problem-solver with experience in executing change management strategies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) and adaptability to new technologies.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and e-Learning Authoring Tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of new and ongoing L&TD initiatives, including project management, registration, reporting, event logistics, materials management, and coordination of facilitators.
  • Develops and publishes interactive and engaging content for online and instructor-led delivery using a variety of media and applications, including but not limited to, facilitator guides, exercise materials, and job aids.
  • Collaborate across teams on communications planning and processes for L&TD initiatives, including the development of communications plan, creation of communication and promotional materials, and facilitation of communications reviews.
  • Assist in planning and implementing measurement processes to evaluate and report on L&TD metrics effectively.
  • Oversee the management of learning management system (LMS) and career development platforms and processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide support for in-person and virtual training programs as needed.
