  • Proven commercial FMCG sales experience.
  • Experience managing FMCG national distributor and wholesale accounts and financial budgets would be beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse sales data sets and insights.
  • Resilient, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to develop strong business relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to prepare, present, and own business plans.
  • Communicates with passion and a focus on deliverables.
  • Full driving license.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain commercial relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and secure profitable business.
  • Manage the P&L of your accounts, achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to grow sales while meeting company profit targets.
  • Secure NPD listings with customers through compelling category-based sales presentations and agree on launch and support plans.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor customer-specific sales processes and account plans to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Frequently analyse customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities.
  • Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs.
  • Drive contract negotiations including terms and conditions, product offers, and pricing.
  • Provide ongoing support to high-value clients by setting up and leading the key account team/managing internal resources.
  • Re-evaluate customer prioritization annually and propose actions.
  • Generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accounts are settled in line with agreed terms.
  • Accurately forecast predicted sales at the customer level and SKU group.

Essity'S 2025 Annual General Meeting

Essity today held the Annual General Meeting at Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre, Sweden.STOCKHOLM, March 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Meeting approved the Parent Company income statement and balance sheet and the consolidated income statement and consolidated balance sheet for 2024.The meeting resolved on a dividend for the financial year 2024 of SEK 8.25 per share. Record date for the dividend is set to Monday, March 31, 2025. The dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden AB on Thursday, April 3, 2025.The Meeting resolved that the remuneration to each director elected by the Annual General Meeting who is not employed by the company shall amount to SEK 960,000 and the Chairman of the Board of Directors is to receive SEK 2,880,000. Each member of the Remuneration Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 145,000, while the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 170,000. Each member of the Audit Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 350,000, while the Chairman of the Audit Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 490,000.
