  • Own the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company's global health, wellness, and financial benefit programs that best meet the needs of the organization
  • Manage open enrollment, renewal, and delivery of global benefits in partnership with our benefits brokers and vendors
  • Partner with our third-party leave administrator to ensure accurate delivery of the company leaves program
  • Understand and manage the end-to-end data flow between our various systems and the business requirements of each
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure ongoing alignment on policies, contracts, vendor management and cost
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
  • Resolve employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures
  • Build fair and equitable benefits programs that deliver a great employee experience through innovative solutions, communications, and education
  • At least 3 years of benefits experience
  • Strategic and empathetic thinking skills
  • Experience working with remote employee populations
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships
