Requirements
- 7+ yrs work experience building scalable, distributed backend systems
- Experience with Java, JVM
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
- Experience working for an early-stage startup
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Solid coding practices including writing technical specifications, peer code review, and testing (e.g. unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Experience with Agile development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-awareness, a positive “get it done” attitude, and empathy
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation concepts
- Passionate about building great products and innovating in the fintech space
