Key Responsibilities

• You’ll support the Marketing team with general project management and coordination tasks, ensuring everything stays on track.
• You’ll assist the content team in managing our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts from the campaign material created by the content team.
• You’ll work closely with content creators and the demand generation team to distribute and promote our marketing content effectively.
• You’ll keep our task tracker updated to ensure everyone knows what needs to be done and when.
• You’ll maintain our global communications calendar and circulate it among stakeholders and schedule regular marketing team update meetings,
• You’ll work with the global events manager to provide logistical support for marketing events, handling everything from venue coordination to administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Interest in event planning and coordination.
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• HubSpot and WordPress experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Bilingualism is an asset.
