Blend is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst reporting to the Business Systems and Analytics Manager on the Revenue Operations team. In this role you will work with our Insurance, Realty, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success business units to define, prioritize, and execute our Salesforce roadmap for these businesses. This position requires strong communication, verbal and written, in order to interface with business stakeholders and development/technical teams.

How you’ll contribute:

• Collaborates with business stakeholders to ensure that business requirements and client needs are appropriately incorporated into Salesforce enhancements
• Works with the Salesforce development team and other technical resources to ensure features/functionality are developed according to business requirements
• Helps develop, maintain and prioritize Salesforce product backlog
• Helps ensure that development work maximizes value and is aligned with overall business and product strategy
• Works with key business stakeholders to ensure successful product roll-outs and releases
• Creating documentation, maintaining standardization and looking for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures
• Remaining current on Salesforce best practices and technologies and advising on these practices for Salesforce based solutions
• Providing support to Salesforce users to resolve issues with Salesforce and related applications
• Developing, launching and managing in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual levels
• Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
• Define a healthy instance and build out strategy and controls to ensure we meet this

Who you are:

• 3+ years of business analyst type work such as eliciting end user requirements, documenting business processes, and requirements analysis
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or equivalent experience
• Outstanding communication, team work, and interpersonal skills, including empathy, intuition, and listening 
• Intellectual curiosity and excitement around problem solving
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple competing tasks
• Track record of working with leadership teams to implement complex business requirements within Salesforce and third-party applications
• Strong analytical ability and written/verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment

For full time hires, the hiring base pay range for this position is between $92,700 and $99,000. The stated base pay range would generally increase 10% for candidates in CA/NY and be reduced 5% for candidates outside of CO, IL, MA, TX, VA, WA, and DC. Final base pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
