Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales and leadership

  • Proven experience of pulling together different business units to maximize organizational output
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data

Responsibilities
  • As a Director of Digital Sales, you will lead a team of passionate, enthusiastic and a motivated people who want to be part of one of the most disruptive cloud companies on the planet.
  • You will be a key sales leader on the team focused on driving add-on business for Workday.
  • Your team will manage complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of customer base AEs, pre-sales, value management, sales development, marketing and sales support.
  • You will implement value-selling processes alongside a wealth of knowledge of Workday’s products and portfolio.
  • You will coach, lead and mentor managers and Digital Account Executives early in their sales careers, to employ best practices, manage operational processes and drive excellence across the Digital Sales business.
