- Own and manage the product backlog in Azure DevOps
- Write clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate strategic goals into a clear product roadmap for the web platform
- Act as the voice of the customer during Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, reviews retrospectives) using Azure DevOps Boards to track and manage progress
- Analyze user behavior, Key performance Indicators and other data to guide prioritization and product improvements
- Ensure the team builds high quality, scalable and accessible web applications
- Define MVPs, manage release cycles and ensure timely delivery of high impact features
- Work closely with frontend, backend and QA engineers to deliver features and improvements
