- Ability to lift and move IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Participate in the full hardware asset lifecycle, including receiving, tagging, shipping, recovery, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate asset records and support physical and logistical inventory audits.
- Process request-fulfillment tickets in alignment with service-level agreements and customer expectations.
- Participate as a member of an IT Asset Management Team with government and vendor partners.
- Update process documentation.
- Coordinate with multiple vendor partners to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- ITIL, IAITAM, or ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience working within the federal government.
- Bachelor's degree.
