Requirements
  • Experience working on most of the following modules: Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Warehouse Management System, Purchase Orders, and Inventory.
  • Three to five years of experience with R12 is preferred.
  • Experience working on at least one or two R12 implementation or upgrade projects.
  • At least one year of domain experience is preferred.
  • Good understanding of business flows and processes.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adequate technical ability with SQL queries to debug issues independently.
  • Willingness to work shifts and provide functional support.
  • A Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Business Administration, Master of Computer Applications, or another professional qualification is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide functional support for Order to Cash processes and related modules.
  • Debug functional and technical issues using SQL queries and analytical problem-solving skills.
