- Assist guests and respond to requests positively and promptly while providing quality housekeeping service.
- Work with other departments to meet guest and department needs.
- Follow the Hampton Inn guest service recovery program.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with brand and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Inspect work areas and equipment for maintenance needs and report maintenance service issues.
- Follow procedures for guest and team-member incidents and hotel emergency procedures.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize duties to produce the required volume of work.
- Follow attendance, grooming, appearance, work-rule, and department-procedure standards.
- Attend required department and hotel meetings.
- Use equipment and supplies properly.
