Requirements
  • 2 years related work experience with a Master's Level Degree OR equivalent work experience; 3 years of related work experience and a Bachelor's Level Degree OR equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge and experience on leading a team of technical specialists is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience on Linux, Python, or networking is considered a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, technical, analytical and data analysis skills is required.
  • The position requires 3 days onsite.
  • Travel Required 25%
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for server products across multiple divisions, ensuring seamless operation and swift resolution of issues.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical specialists, leading all aspects of their work to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Diagnose complex system challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure server environments meet evolving business needs.
  • Establish and maintain lines of communication with design engineering and software development on design, reliability and maintenance issues.
  • Ensure that engineers are current with the latest upgrades and/or new releases.
  • May be involved in customer installation and training programs.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
