  • Extensive experience managing a busy and complex office environment.
  • Experience managing and overseeing multiple projects and initiatives.
  • A minimum two-year Diploma in Office Administration is required; an undergraduate degree is an asset.
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, including the ability to write effective reports and summarize complex discussions.
  • Ability to exercise critical thinking and excellent judgment.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision, remain self-motivated, and apply strong analytical and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate diplomacy and tact.
  • Ability to adapt to changing dynamics and change priorities at short notice.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with an appreciation for the confidential nature of the position.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Two to five years of senior administrative support experience.
