Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience with Vertical/Horizontal CNC Milling
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience reading blueprints and using calipers, height gauges, and micrometers
  • Proficient with machining operations like drilling, turning, and tapping
  • Familiar with vertical and horizontal machines
  • Prefer Bridgeport experience
  • Demonstrates inspection competence
  • Demonstrates basic mathematical skills
  • Mechanical and technical capacity
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
Responsibilities
  • Set-up, load and run product into the CNC machine
  • Perform daily maintenance on equipment and clean work area after each shift
  • Perform manual deburring operations as needed
  • Follow Process Routing Document and perform inspection
  • Complete reports and associated paperwork
  • Communicate with management, supervisors, operators, and quality personnel
  • Follow Quality Management System procedures
  • Safeguard company, customer, and supplier property
  • Manage assigned records
