Requirements
- Strong knowledge and passion for web3 space
- Experience in business development or partnerships in the crypto/tech industry
- Ability to work with partners on technical details, diagnosing problems and finding solutions
- Proven track record in partner management
- Self-motivated and experienced operating in a rapidly changing work environment and remain productive with minimal supervision
- Proactive solution-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Rarible is looking for an BD professional to help partners make the most of the space, whether it is taking their first steps and/or building long term NFT strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, success based on the attraction and retention of enterprise partners to the ecosystem (Rarible.com, Rarible Protocol & Community Marketplaces)
- Lead partnerships with enterprise clients, owning outreach, pitch, negotiation, close, and execution stages
- Handle partner account issue including problem solving, on-boarding guidance and day-to-day inbound from partners
- Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering & legal teams to implement and ensure the ongoing success of partnerships
- Track, analyze and communicate industry trends
- Create innovative and strategic programs that ladder up to company goals
