What You'll Do

• Complete bathroom remodels, often in as little as one day
• Install acrylic bath and shower systems
• Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and general remodeling
• Complete light plumbing and related installation work
• Follow company installation standards and quality procedures
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with homeowners
• Protect customers’ homes and keep job sites clean and organized
• Explain product care and maintenance to customers
• Complete required paperwork and job photos
• Maintain tools, materials, and installation equipment

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, construction, or home improvement
• Experience with acrylic bath/shower installation is a plus
• Strong carpentry and construction skills
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
• Comfortable using power tools
• Ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure, level, and square
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality workmanship
