  • 5 years (Venture Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager/Director) of experience as an Account Executive, Value Engineer or Consultant.
  • Quota carrier or overlay solution sales experience.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to start a new venture.
  • Ability to partner with CEOs and advise them on scaling their business.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and accelerate Go-to-Market strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 2-8 ventures built around specific use-cases on the Celonis Platform.
  • Accelerate venture Go-to-Market and integrate Partner Products in the Celonis GTM to address additional target personas and expand existing Celonis customers.
  • Drive SalesCycles along ventures as the Celonis quota carrier for Partner Product sales across all Sales segments.
  • Build venture brand and product awareness through marketing campaigns along the Celonis marketing teams.
  • Consult CEOs on growth strategies and act as the Operating Partner for strategic decisions.
  • Report growth and Celonis revenue of your portfolio companies.
