Responsibilities
  • Manage all brand content and community engagement across social media, e-commerce, and website platforms.
  • Curate and write copy for the brand's social media handles, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Grow the brand's social media and YouTube follower base through content creation, performance mapping, and competitor analysis.
  • Engage with the influencer community and manage the brand's online reputation.
  • Repurpose existing content for different platforms and master a variety of brand voices.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution.
  • Work with the Creative Director and Data Strategists to set the tone and ensure creative excellence.
  • Maintain a cultural calendar and stay updated on trending topics to identify content opportunities.
  • Post and schedule all content while keeping the content calendar up to date.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and present concepts to internal teams and clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather input and validate content accuracy.
  • Utilize data and insights to inform creative strategy and long-term planning.

  • Experience working as part of a traditional creative team consisting of a designer and copywriter.
