Responsibilities
  • Ensure your partner’s success by managing KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and strategizing innovative methods to achieve program design and content production goals
  • Align a broad set of cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, Business, Legal, etc.) to ensure your partners are successful - from recruiting the best applicants to building high quality courses to providing a best-in-class student experience and ensuring on time high quality program and course launches
  • Deepen the relationship with key partner stakeholders and strengthen overall partnership by driving retention, satisfaction and other key metrics.
  • Manage the operations and implementation associated with Coursera courses, degree or certificate programs, resolving issues as needed to ensure an exceptional student experience
  • Support consultative presales interactions with our partners in conjunction with our business development team to enable new business partnerships to thrive from the onset
  • Analyze data to build compelling business cases for resource investment either from Coursera or our partners to make our partners more successful
  • Travel up to 25%
