Requirements
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, or related field.
  • You have 5+ years of professional work experience in strategic planning, management consulting, project management, consumer products and/or retail.
  • You have 3+ years of project management experience and have experience using project management software.
  • You have a demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem solver and strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
  • You have a strong understanding of retail and consumer-facing businesses.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully directing cross-functional projects.
  • You can work in and bring structure to ambiguous environments.
  • You have the capacity to synthesize information into effective strategies & innovative insights, translating complex ideas into simple, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities
  • Working to structure strategic projects with key cross functional stakeholder to ensure we are solving for the right problem, and truly seeing the opportunity before us.
  • Connecting cross-functional dots to ensure our strategy is executed across the organization.
  • Developing frameworks and approaches to allow cross functional stakeholder to solve the problems presented to them.
  • Developing data-informed strategies and for helping to spread a culture of insights throughout Arc’teryx.
  • Supporting in setting up the foundation of projects; project governance, defining ways of working, identifying key stakeholders, defining key meeting cadence, identifying key deliverables and timelines.
  • Creating an end-to-end project plan and enrolling key partners to deliver necessary elements to ensure project success.
  • Developing comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans and ensuring the right people are in the right conversations.
  • Developing content and prepping for key project meetings; status meetings, weekly working sessions, SteerCo’s, etc.
  • Driving project management reporting across 2024 strategic projects.
  • Working cross-functionally to identify risks, create proactive solutions and report to senior leaders.
  • Driving and delivering project work for the projects that you are overseeing.
  • Accurately assessing the change management required to successful rollout and implement the project.
  • Collaborating across functions to drive the annual business planning process, ensuring long-term strategies are woven into actionable annual plans.
  • Leading the development and ongoing management of tools, processes & governance to execute against strategic and business plans, establishing scorecard metrics to monitor and communicate performance to the plan.
  • Developing high impact presentations and communication tools to communicate strategic plans across the organization.
