Responsibilities
  • Schedule instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training across Renegade Academy.
  • Manage registrations, enrollments, calendars, attendance, and completion tracking.
  • Coordinate classrooms, facilities, equipment, materials, and technology needed for training delivery.
  • Send participant communications, reminders, updates, and follow-up messages.
  • Support instructors and facilitators before, during, and after training.
  • Coordinate cancellations, rescheduling, and make-up sessions.
  • Create and maintain courses, learning paths, sessions, groups, assignments, and enrollments within the learning management system.
  • Maintain accurate employee learning records and completion information.
  • Support course configuration, catalog organization, naming conventions, and established Academy standards.
  • Troubleshoot routine learner access and platform issues and escalate technical concerns when needed.
  • Support testing of new learning management system features and updates.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager learning management system support.
  • Maintain apprentice enrollment, progression, required hours, competencies, and supporting records.
  • Coordinate apprenticeship records with instructors, supervisors, and program stakeholders.
  • Maintain certification, credential, and practical-evaluation records.
  • Track required documentation, expiration dates, milestones, and outstanding requirements.
  • Support NCCER and other apprenticeship and certification programs.
  • Provide support to Learning Managers across Renegade Academy development portfolios.
  • Prepare participant materials, rosters, reports, evaluations, and training documentation.
  • Coordinate instructors, subject matter experts, vendors, participants, and business partners as needed.
  • Track program milestones and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Help employees and managers navigate Academy programs, requirements, systems, and resources.
  • Maintain accurate learning, attendance, completion, certification, apprenticeship, and program records.
  • Produce routine reports on participation, completion, learning hours, apprenticeship progress, and other Academy metrics.
  • Support data collection for program evaluation and Renegade Academy reporting.
  • Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent records and coordinate timely corrections.
  • Provide Learning Managers and program leaders with reliable information to monitor participation, progress, and outstanding requirements.
  • Support Academy communications, documentation, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, invoices, purchase requests, and materials, and maintain organized digital files, templates, forms, and program documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve Academy administrative workflows.
  • Support implementation and testing of new administrative workflows and systems.
  • Provide coordination support for new Renegade Academy initiatives as priorities evolve.
  • Coordinate training schedules, registrations, facilities, materials, technology, instructors, and participant communications to keep Academy programs running.
  • Administer learning management system functions accurately and resolve routine learner and manager issues.
  • Provide responsive assistance and communicate schedules, requirements, reminders, and next steps clearly to employees, managers, instructors, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate effectively with Learning Managers, employees, instructors, supervisors, subject matter experts, vendors, and business partners.
