Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive enterprise sales and sales leadership experience including at least 5+ years in a strategic sales leadership role with a track record of building and scaling enterprise sales teams and achieving revenue targets within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Extensive experience in selling enterprise cybersecurity solutions, particularly identity or access management, and developing go-to-market strategies that align with regional growth objectives.
  • Proven ability to establish and grow executive relationships, particularly with CISOs and other senior leaders in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with C-site and senior level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute sales strategies that drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and people management capabilities.
  • Background in managing a team selling high value, complex software solutions, ideally in identity and access management / cybersecurity solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate target markets and acquire new enterprise customers.
  • Help establish sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales organization.
  • Build, manage and mentor a team of high-performing Account Executives focused on customer acquisition and growth within Enterprise / Major accounts.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to align on go-to-market initiatives and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Leverage data and insights to measure team performance, optimize sales strategies, and prioritize account engagements.
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline, revenue, and key performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key enterprise clients, engaging with C-level executives to discuss critical security needs and drive both new business and expansions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform sales planning.
  • Ensure effective territory and account management, including handling escalations and leading executive engagements to foster long-term client partnerships.
  • Represent Veza at industry events, conferences, and through professional networks to build Veza’s brand and customer base.
