  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Unreal Engine development
  • Strong C++ proficiency, with a deep understanding of Unreal’s architecture
  • Experience developing VR and AR applications in Unreal Engine
  • Familiarity with blueprints but primarily focused on C++ for custom gameplay and tools
  • Knowledge of multiplayer networking, replication, and real-time interactions
  • Strong debugging, profiling, and optimization skills for VR/AR applications
  • Ability to work with artists and designers to implement user-friendly tools and mechanics
  • Experience with Git, Perforce, or other version control systems
  • US citizenship required
Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements interactive features for AR/VR training applications in Unreal Engine
  • Works with game designers and artists to build tools and mechanics that enhance training experiences
  • Implements multiplayer networking features for real-time training simulations
  • Optimizes performance, scalability, and interactivity for high-fidelity AR/VR applications
  • Integrates external APIs, hardware interfaces, and third-party plugins as needed
  • Debugs, profiles, and optimizes Unreal Engine applications for VR and AR platforms
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to refine requirements and iterate on solutions
