Primary Responsibilities:

• Audit employee time and data submitted by various departments.
• Process payroll in a multi-state corporate environment.
• Assist with balancing of payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Analyze and respond to inquiries from employees regarding payroll amounts, deductions, entitlement accruals, direct deposit, and other concerns.
• Processes garnishment and communicate garnishment information to all parties.
• Assist with Tax research and fillings.
• Pull various payroll reports from Dayforce.
• Knowledgeable with Benefits (pre/post tax) able to support HR as needed.

Qualifications:

• Garnishments and Payroll Administration skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of payroll taxes and accounting
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Ceridian or other payroll systems is a plus
• Must have 2+ yrs payroll experience
