  • 5+ years of sales experience in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, or transportation
  • Proven track record of closing new business and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of warehousing, distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, and supply chain solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage pipeline and reporting
  • Fluency in English required; Mandarin is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Prospect, identify, and acquire new customers in need of 3PL warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation solutions
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Build long-term client relationships, understanding their supply chain needs and providing tailored logistics solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to drive profitable business growth
  • Work closely with operations and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service execution
  • Track sales performance and pipeline progress using CRM tools and provide regular reports to leadership
  • Represent JDL at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
  • Mandarin is a plus
