  • A Master's degree in Social Work is required.
  • An LCSW license in California is required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide initial evaluations and individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy.
  • Provide behavioral health consultation services to primary care teams within pediatric and adult outpatient clinics.
  • Consult about clients.
  • Conduct initial mental health evaluations that result in realistic treatment plans.
  • Assess clients using standardized assessment and screening tools and measures.
  • Provide brief, solution-focused therapy.
  • Provide group psychoeducation and treatment related to chronic medical conditions.
  • Provide information and referral services.
  • Coordinate care.
  • Conduct crisis assessments and triage with appropriate interventions.
  • Provide other services related to wellness.
  • Document services provided in accordance with requirements.
  • Perform other activities designed to provide integrated health care services.
  • Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adults, and families.
  • Document and schedule services in the electronic health record.
  • Provide psychotherapy to children and adults, along with other duties as assigned.
