  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Security: Manage user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets to ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Development Experience: 2-3 years of Salesforce development experience using flows, Visualforce, LWC, Apex, and SOQL
  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to ensure optimal platform performance.
  • Certified Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I & II) and Salesforce Admin; additional certifications like Health Cloud Consultant are a bonus.
  • Proven track record as a Salesforce Developer with a robust portfolio.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices, including version control and automated testing.
Responsibilities
  • Transform business requirements into technical specifications and innovative solutions.
  • Lead the integration of Salesforce Health Cloud with other systems for optimal data flow.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards, safeguarding customer and business information.
  • Collaborate with a vibrant team of QA engineers, administrators, and business analysts to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Automate business processes and oversee Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
  • Serve as the bridge between business and technology, engaging with customers and providing insights to executives and stakeholders.
