Responsibilities
  • Vouchering of capital payments for City OMB's approval
  • Review and enter utility billings such as electric, gas, water and heat into tenant accounts
  • Prepare schedules to support monthly recording of electricity sales tax charged to tenants and the associated amounts to be reported to the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance
  • Prepare Energy Cost Savings Program (ECSP) vouchers for approval to be sent to the NYC Department of Small Business Services
  • Prepare monthly revenue schedules for rent collected on behalf of other city agencies and enter payments requests in Concur for reimbursement
  • Work on Ad hoc projects as needed and other duties as assigned
