Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 0-3 years of accounting / financial analysis experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel strongly recommended)
  • Team-oriented with strong written and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
  • Prepare analysis packages for Senior Management discussions on multi-year forecasts and actuals reporting
  • Prepare pricing tickets with deal specific information extracted from legal docs for back-office support teams
  • Prepare cash reconciliations, cash flow calculations and expense review files for internal Investment Subsidiaries
  • Prepare investment allocations by business for Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Real Assets
  • Prepare calculations for FX derivative trades and allocations for public equity sales
  • Prepare the analysis of AUM on a quarterly basis
  • Prepare review files for asset transfers for Assets in Kind process as part of the Pension Risk Transfers process
  • Prepare calculation for transfers related to ongoing business specific projects
  • Successfully partner and foster relationships with multiple groups (Investment, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Performance, Finance, Expense Reporting)
  • Provide timely responses for email communication with both internal and external partners
