- A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required; three years of progressive specialty experience may substitute for each year of education.
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience is required.
- At least 6 years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, production implementation, and support, is required.
- At least 6 years of SQL experience using Oracle and/or SQL Server is required.
- At least 6 years of experience with project lifecycle activities on development and maintenance projects is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in design and architecture review is required.
- Ability to work in a team and in a diverse, multistakeholder environment is required.
- Manage integrated systems operations and support for enterprise software systems, including Enterprise Asset Management using Passport/Asset Suite, Mobile Work Management and Mobile Field Operations using PragmaCAD, and Asset Construction Project Management using Primavera P6.
- Collaborate with software delivery and software operations and maintenance teams to ensure systems are integrated and function optimally.
- Manage updates and security patches, application support, and system-performance monitoring for the operations and maintenance software portfolio.
- Evaluate operational systems to establish requirements for modification or replacement.
- Support development of asset management system designs and functional specifications for new development projects.
- Participate in business-process discussions and provide expertise for informed decisions related to PragmaCAD.
- Meet team-wide and unit-specific performance metrics and defined Service Level Agreement objectives.
- At least 3 years of experience with the Asset Suite/Passport Enterprise Asset Management product.
- Strong knowledge of Asset Suite/Passport Enterprise Asset Management technology, architecture, support, upgrades, and customizations.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise asset, work, and mobile workforce management business processes.
- Experience with electric or gas utilities.
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management master data design, preventive and corrective maintenance, construction planning, design and financial reconciliation.
- Experience with asset traceability.
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems and mobile integration.
- Analytical skills.
