- Manage and evolve our process unique agile software development process
- Track and manage schedule to ensure milestones are met and define pathways to mitigate risk
- Manage the documentation and communication of software requirements, goals, schedules, and plans
- Lead technical design reviews with engineering teams to ensure engineering robustness, identify risks and problems and proactively find solutions, and drive clear actionable plans to close gaps
- Align strategic and engineering initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and timelines
- Demonstrate ability to negotiate and adjust project scope with stakeholders
