Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales/solutions engineering or technical marketing, preferably in endpoint management or an adjacent IT infrastructure space
  • A track record of writing clearly and compellingly for technical audiences; a writing sample will be requested
  • Presenting on camera and to live audiences comes naturally, and you bring energy and credibility to every session
  • Solid working knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts including endpoint management, remote monitoring and management, patch management, and related disciplines
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
  • Hands-on experience with NinjaOne or familiarity with its core modules: RMM, ticketing, backup, and documentation is a strong plus
Responsibilities
  • Research, write, and publish technical blog posts, how-to guides, and step-by-step product walkthroughs that speak directly to IT practitioners and MSPs
  • Develop product-focused content including use cases, architecture diagrams, technical proof points, and launch assets that resonate with both technical buyers and decision-makers
  • Translate complex user workflows, product capabilities, and infrastructure constraints into clear, outcome-driven stories
  • Maintain a consistent editorial calendar and deliver content on time across multiple concurrent projects
  • Build and validate demos, documentation, and workflow guides reflecting real-world IT and MSP environments
  • Plan, prepare, and present live and on-demand webinars, including product demos, thought leadership sessions, and customer-facing educational events
  • Represent NinjaOne at virtual and, as needed, in-person industry conferences and partner events
  • Facilitate engaging Q&A sessions that demonstrate product depth and build audience trust
  • Work with the broader Marketing team to align technical content with campaign priorities and ensure accuracy and consistency across channels
  • Partner with the Competitive Intelligence team to develop technical positioning collateral including deep-dive win/loss narratives grounded in product architecture and capability comparisons
  • Support Sales Enablement by creating demo flows, objection-handling guides, architecture explanations, and POV materials that help account executives and solutions engineers speak credibly to technical buyers
  • Develop technical case studies in partnership with the Customer Advocacy team that highlight measurable outcomes
  • Other duties as needed
