  • Diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production or quality in blade manufacturing and finishing process
  • Good presentation skill
Responsibilities
  • Follows, implements, and ensures compliance with instructions, procedures and notifications on health, safety, environment and security
  • Ensures timely disposition of NCR, non-conformities
  • Ensures the execution of activities as per product/process requirements
  • Annually agrees with the department manager on objectives based on the performance evaluation program and works accordingly
  • Takes notes on issues resulting from insufficient documentation
  • Reports the problems and solution proposals to the process engineering through a shift report
  • Determines the corrective action to be taken for manufacturing problems reported by the quality control team within the limits of his/her authorization and communicates with process engineers where necessary
  • Follows up the results of the actions taken and determines whether or not they are effective in collaboration with the quality team
  • Follows process trials by process engineers, ensures proper reporting and reports on any non-compliance
  • Provides training for the production operators (practical, where required) and submits the participation reports.
