Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • A minimum of two years of call monitoring experience.
  • A minimum of four years of call center, medical practice, clinic, or call center agent experience.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
  • Ability to provide proof of work authorization in the United States.
  • Ability to exercise discretion in managing sensitive information and safeguard confidential records in accordance with organizational policies and data-protection laws.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement the Call Center/Central Authorization or Referral Center quality assurance program.
  • Conduct quality-improvement monitoring in conjunction with training call center associates on process improvement.
  • Design and develop call-monitoring formats and quality standards.
  • Compile and track performance and provide trend analyses to the management team.
  • Develop comprehensive quality reports for monitored calls and processes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Process improvement certification.
  • A minimum of one year of leadership or supervisory experience in a call center or medical practice.
  • Knowledge of UCI policies and procedures.
  • Experience working in quality or process improvement and project management skills.
