Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers cultivating professional growth and ensuring a collaborative team environment.
  • Responsible for strategies and delivery of endpoint security, deployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Plan and coordinate endpoint engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment to budget constraints.
  • Act as a domain expert in endpoint operating systems and security protocols.
  • Partner with IT, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of endpoint solutions across labels and studios.
  • Ensure endpoint systems policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide endpoint management strategy for all company labels.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of endpoint devices, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Ensure all endpoint devices align with corporate and gaming industry security standards.
  • Implement and lead endpoint protection solutions, including antivirus, EDR, encryption, and zero-trust policies.
  • Supervise endpoint vulnerabilities and lead patch compliance across all devices.
  • Work closely with IT, development, and creative teams across labels to tailor endpoint solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise during game development cycles to ensure endpoints meet performance and security needs.
  • Collaborate with security teams to address endpoint-related risks and incidents.
  • Automate endpoint provisioning, updates, and management using tools such as Intune, JAMF, or SCCM.
  • Explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance endpoint performance and user experience.
  • Stay informed about gaming-specific IT requirements, including high-performance workstations, niche peripherals, and remote testing environments.
  • Direct a team of endpoint specialists to ensure operational excellence.
  • Provide training and mentorship to IT staff across labels.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of endpoint systems, configurations, and processes.
