Requirements
  • Ability to multi-task and engage in several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to pay attention to detail - ensure accuracy of all communications and materials
  • Adequate interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks for each project
  • Excellent comprehension of Microsoft Outlook
  • Good WORD, Excel and PPT skills
  • Good understanding of the Internet and web research
  • Excellent database creation and management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of event planning requirements
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare industry
  • Ideally three years of experience supporting C-level executives - industry or clinical experience an asset (open to juniors who are willing to grow in this space as well)
  • Bilingual capabilities an asset
  • University Degree or College Diploma in relevant education (Event Management)
  • Strong technical skills, adept with Google Apps for Business, Google Office, MS Office
  • Ability to act with minimal supervision, discretion, maturity, and absolute confidentiality
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and to balance multiple and varied projects at one time
Responsibilities
  • Support Senior management team in operations and business planning process
  • Manage physician engagement process for live meetings and programs
  • Design and modify meeting material templates for advisory board meetings and CHE programs
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency of formatting and proof for typos, etc
  • Facilitate HCP surveys including deployment and collation of program-dependent results
  • Maintain professional and effective communication with stakeholders, healthcare providers (HCPs), vendors, clients and colleagues
  • Develop and deliver professional communications with HCPs and clients across all mediums
  • Coordinate memorable and flawless events with HCPs on behalf of pharmaceutical clients
  • Detailed project tracking including, expense reporting and vendor management
  • Prepare client communications and updates in-line with project timelines and scope
  • Effective management of client and internal databases including updating and monitoring
  • Support Directors on administrative requirements as needed
