Responsibilities
  • Answer customer questions and provide solutions in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Follow up with customers to identify and address their needs.
  • Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support.
  • Maintain a high level of excellence in organization and customer service.
  • Promote teamwork across all departments.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers regarding the progress of customer-service issues.
  • Process furniture warranty claims.
  • Understand and comply with all Brick Group policies and procedures.
  • Review operational reports daily and complete the appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Ensure that customers are completely satisfied.
  • Assist with training new operations staff members.
  • Handle customer complaints about service and offer solutions.
  • Improve store profitability and efficiency.
