Requirements
  • An experienced merchandising manager with 2+ years in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer and/or technology startup environment
  • Adept in data-driven decision-making, with strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting, and a focus on driving results
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities, self-motivated, and capable of driving projects from concept to execution
  • An excellent communicator with a talent for building relationships across teams and working collaboratively
  • Passionate about food & sustainability, with a detail-oriented mindset and eagerness to tackle big challenges
Responsibilities
  • Drive growth & profitability for your categories by leveraging data-driven insights
  • Manage site merchandising and partner with marketing to develop category-specific strategies for your categories
  • Negotiate vendor costs, set retail pricing strategies, and plan regular promotions to increase sales and profitability
  • Lead the innovation pipeline for your categories by identifying new products and offboarding others in partnership with Operations
  • Stay informed on category trends and The Round’s Member experience to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive product assortment
