Internal Use Software Audit Sr. Consultant @ Significance

We are seeking an Internal Use Software Audit Sr. Consultant to support our contract with the US Army. Work will be performed on a hybrid basis in addition to onsite support in Tysons Corner, VA and Arlington, VA. In this role you will provide Internal Use Software audit remediation support for Army client in addition to the following:

- Facilitate audit operations and Independent Public Accountant (IPA) coordination

- Assess risks and perform remediation actions to address risks and gaps

- Maintain integrated project plan (IPP) for IUS which serves as Army’s strategy to achieve audit related goals.

Required Skills/Experience

Active Secret security clearance (Interim OK)
Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management or CPA or CISA or PMP or CGFM or CDFM
6 years of experience with federal financial management, and 4 years of federal accounting experience
Experience establishing systems, processes and procedures to implement Statement of Federal Financial Accounting Standards (SFFAS) No. 10 Accounting for Internal Use Software
Experience establishing the processes, controls, and system capabilities to maintain the balance into the future with appropriate additions, disposals and other changes as they occur
Experience with applicable accounting and reporting requirements/guidance for Internal Use Software
