Requirements
  • Familiarity with landscape equipment, including mowers, blowers, and string trimmers.
  • Reliable transportation to the shop.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions for up to 10 hours per day.
  • Availability for reporting times as early as 6:00 a.m.
  • A valid driver's license qualifies for additional hourly pay.
Responsibilities
  • Perform landscape maintenance such as mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning, and planting.
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites.
  • Assist with loading and unloading equipment and maintain tools.
  • Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and support the crew's overall efficiency.
  • Occasionally assist with enhancement or landscape construction projects.
  • Perform regular walking, bending, lifting, and use of landscaping tools and equipment throughout the workday.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous landscaping experience is a plus but is not required.
