About the Role
Rula’s Business Operations team is a group of analytical generalists responsible for helping identify, diagnose and build solutions for the company’s highest-priority problems. We manage the strategic planning process, lead cross-functional initiatives and strike teams, partner with executives to define and achieve our company OKRs, and ensure leaders constantly have a pulse on the health of the business. We use data to identify the areas we should be working on and spearhead initiatives to solve them.
Rula is currently looking for a Director of Business Operations to focus on special projects as our business needs and services grow and evolve. You will partner closely with executives across the company to structure special projects and initiatives, set concrete goals for those projects, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute the work necessary to get the projects over the line.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of demonstrated high performance in management consulting, investment banking, and/or business operations and strategy roles at high-growth startups
Advanced proficiency in SQL and GSheets/Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively alongside multiple stakeholders in a fast moving environment
Highly strategic and insightful, able to structure ambiguous information into actionable and organized plans

Familiarity using Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) to communicate insights to stakeholders across an organization
