  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role for a product with an engineering-led technical implementation
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Hands-on experience with APIs or data modeling
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers post-sales
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams for successful go-lives
  • Deliver regular status updates and progress reports
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement metrics
