  • Must demonstrate an electrical aptitude and comfortable working with high voltages (480V to 4160V)

Responsibilities
  • Organizes a team of electricians actively involved in various craft specialties, to include input on evaluations and weekly time approval.
  • Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back up for absent employees and rotating shifts.
  • Diagnoses, delegates, instructs and carries out skilled activities involving the repair, installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Guarantees adherence to safety practices and principles, and maintains electrical equipment to the relevant Federal, State, and Local Codes.
  • Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot/ repair ENI, HMI, PLC’s maintenance VFD’s, motor controls, and instrumentation.
  • Creates and manages work/emergency work orders and prioritizes daily and preventative assignments.
  • Monitors production process operating parameters and makes appropriate adjustments to ensure safe and efficient equipment performance.
  • Participate in root cause problem solving and equipment performance improvement efforts to support target OEE levels.
  • Identify corrective action and troubleshooting and to improve reliability of equipment.
  • Supervise, train, to include continuous training and coach employees to accomplish productivity, safety, quality and efficiency objectives.
  • Coordinating during shutdowns, and conduct shift meetings.
  • Upkeep of reporting, records and schematics, documentation of inspections, and confined space monitors.
  • Escalate & communicate operational information and issues promptly for proper resolution.
  • Supports the production team in improvements to all aspects of production as needed.
  • Perform all additional duties as assigned and special projects such as safety projects.
Desired Qualifications
  • High School degree or equivalent plus four (4) years of progressively responsible journey level electrical experience
  • Or Associate's degree in related field, plus two (2) years of experience
  • Experience in wood products, pelletizing operations, or similar manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in mathematics and measurements
  • Experience in PLC programming and working with automated devices and electrical distribution equipment
  • Computer knowledge; MS Office 365, email, teams, etc.
  • Demonstrated leadership including lead person or supervisor back up experience.

Enviva Receives Nyse Notice Regarding Delayed Form 10-K Filing

BETHESDA, Md., April 8, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Enviva Inc. (NYSE: EVA) ("Enviva" or the "Company") today announced that on April 2, 2024, the Company received notice from the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") that it is not in compliance with Section 802.01E of the NYSE Listed Company Manual due to a delay in filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023, with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").The NYSE Notice has no immediate effect on the listing of the Company's common stock on the NYSE. The NYSE informed the Company that, under the NYSE's rules, the Company will have six months from April 1, 2024 to file the Form 10-K with the SEC. The Company can regain compliance with the NYSE listing standards by filing the Form 10-K with the SEC before such date. BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Enviva Inc. (NYSE: EVA) (“Enviva” or the “Company”), a leading producer of sustainably sourced wood-based biomass, today announced that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (the “Court”) approved, among other matters, its previously announced $500 million debtor-in-possession financing (the “DIP Facility”) pursuant to the Debtor-in-Possession Credit and Note Purchase Agreement (the “DIP Facility Agreement”) and the procedures and related materials that will govern the syndication of the DIP Facility. Pursuant to the DIP Facility Agreement, the Company intends to offer certain holders of shares of the Company’s Common Stock, par value $0.001 (CUSIP 29415B103) (the “Common Stock”) as of March 11, 2024 (the “Record Date” and such holders, the “Holders”) the opportunity (the “Opportunity”) to subscribe to participate in the syndication of the DIP Facility.
