- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment at all times.
- Manually assemble Roman shade components using hand tools and production equipment.
- Manufacture Roman shades by installing sewn fabric panels, lift mechanisms, headrails, cords, rings, and related accessories.
- Operate production equipment such as automatic screwdrivers, riveters, and other assembly machines.
- Read, interpret, and follow work orders, sewing patterns, measurements, and standard operating procedures.
- Measure, cut, and verify fabric dimensions using rulers, measuring tapes, templates, and calipers.
- Inspect sewn and assembled products to ensure stitch quality, alignment, strength, and overall appearance.
- Identify fabric defects, sewing issues, component failures, and quality concerns, and report them to the lead or supervisor.
- Accurately record and document production, waste, rework, and defects for each assigned job.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, including sewing equipment, according to 5S and plant standards.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production policies and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by management according to business needs.

MIDDLETON, WI, February 26, 2025 - Springs Window Fashions, a leading global provider of custom window coverings, is pleased to announce the promotion of Grant Gustafson to Executive Vice President & General Manager of the Commercial and European Business Units.
A former employee has filed a lawsuit against Springs Window Fashions, LLC, alleging multiple violations of disability rights laws.
