You’ll grow and lead of team of product managers focused on the core of healthcare interoperability, including the core FHIR stack and associated developer SDKs and resources. This team will refine the strategy, manage the roadmap, define the required functionality to keep us at the front of the market, and shepherd the rollout of each new release. It requires technical depth in Healthcare interoperability, and also requires the business experience and skills to bring in relevant market problems, synthesize them into actionable patterns, and work across multiple groups within InterSystems to create winning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Grow and lead a team of product managers with a focus on being a leader in FHIR
- Collect, synthesize and prioritize market feedback
- Participate in strategy development for healthcare interoperability – both within the Data Platforms group and company-wide
- Develop and manage both the short-term and long-term roadmap
- Support development in creating solutions for market problems; support marketing and sales in launch programs and sales support
- Participate in analyst briefings, symposiums, conferences and other market facing opportunities
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a seasoned strategic business manager that is collaborative and outcome focused, with strong technical and domain experience in healthcare interoperability.
- Significant product management experience including 10+ years leading successful products across multiple releases. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Team management and leadership talent, including a knack for unblocking projects and growing both senior and junior people
- Demonstrated domain expertise in Healthcare interoperability and integration, including deep understanding of HL7 and FHIR
- Previous experience working with healthcare applications at an in-depth level
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
