  • Implement reward and recognition frameworks for the full organizational structure
  • Lead reward projects from design through execution
  • Develop relationships within and outside Google DeepMind
  • Improve reward and recognition capability amongst managers and P&C partners
  • Engage with Talent Acquisition team and People & Culture Partners
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to enable hiring strategy
  • Build out and use compensation metrics, reports, and tools
  • Continuously evaluate compensation programs and recommend changes
  • Lead and manage the Reward & Recognition Partner
