Requirements
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting GTM functions within SaaS or tech
  • Experience recruiting for roles such as Enterprise AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services/Implementation
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and efficiently

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, including Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Consulting
  • Collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build strong hiring strategies
  • Source and engage passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Coordinate and manage interviews, gather feedback, and support the offer process
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience
  • Communicate regularly with both internal teams and client stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a contract or embedded recruiter role
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Findem, or HireEZ
  • Understanding of SaaS go-to-market structures and team dynamics
